Returns Policy

Our Returns Policy differs between customised goods and ready-to-buy goods.

Please read both carefully before placing an order with us, should you disagree with anything.

Returns Policy for Ready-To-Buy Goods

Please note that all these products are made from used textiles derived from second-hand clothing, therefore upon purchase, the customer is aware of any naturally occurring defects and quality of the fabric from which these goods are made.

These goods are thoroughly checked and inspected during the making process to ensure quality, should it be unsatisfactory to the customer, a refund can be issued within 14 working days of the purchase date alongside proof of purchase – this can be an invoice or a bank statement. The item MUST NOT be damaged and still have original tags attached.

Please contact us if you would like to refund a ready-to-made good before we go through the returns process. We take photographs of our items before we ship our goods, so we will know if there are any defects before it reaches the customer. We are not liable for any damage occurred during the shipping process.

A returns address label will come with your order, but delivery will be at your own cost.

Proof of postage must be supplied to us, without this we will not be issuing a refund. It is the customer's responsibility to send it to us tracked and signed for, to ensure it reaches us. Once we have received the item, we will inspect it before issuing a refund. We will only issue a refund once we have the item for inspection and we will decide if it is eligible.

The refund will be paid back into the card you paid with. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your refund to be processed, should any issues arise please email us and we will respond as soon as we can.

Returns Policy for Customised Goods

Custom orders are NON REFUNDABLE. This is due to it being made and customised for the individual, therefore cannot be returned to us to be resold.

We also spend a lot of time on custom orders and prioritise them, to ensure the individual is pleased with the final outcome and the agreed price covers for our labour costs which cannot be refunded. Please refer to our Custom Orders Terms & Conditions before placing a custom order with us.
